Welcome to THE MUSKEGON LAKESHORE’s ONLY INDOOR 6 lane, 25 meter swimming pool!
The aquatics team at the boys & girls club of the Muskegon Lakeshore look forward to programming for both the youth members of the club as well as meeting the various needs of our community.
SUPPORTING MUSKEGON AREA YOUTH
OVER 500 BGCML YOUTH MEMBERS HAVE ENJOYED THE POOL IN 2022! OUR YOUTH ARE MAKING STRIDES IN BEING SAFER AND MORE COMPETENT IN, ON AND AROUND THE WATER. THIS YEAR SO FAR, OUR CLUB MEMBERS HAVE:
ENGAGED IN LEARN TO SWIM PROGRAMMING
PARTICIPATED IN A LEARN TO SAIL PROGRAM (IN OUR POOL!) SUPPORTED BY THE MUSKEGON YACHT CLUB and the Jolly Madison Sailing Club
ATTENDED KAYAKING SAFETY TRAININGS, SPONSORED BY THE NELSON NEIGHBORHOOD IMPROVEMENT ASSOCIATION
DANCED THEIR HEARTS OUT IN AQUATIC GROUP FITNESS CLASSES WITH OUR AWESOME NEAL FITNESS CENTER STAFF
COMPETED IN TEAM CHALLENGE CARDBOARD BOAT RACES :-) “A BIG THANK YOU TO ALL WHO HAVE SUPPORTED THE CLUBHOUSE MKG AQUATIC CENTER THROUGH THEIR TIME, TALENTS, TREASURE, AND WORDS OF ENCOURAGEMENT <3 YOU ARE MAKING A POSITIVE DIFFERENCE IN OUR COMMUNITY!”

ABOUT THE POOL
The Boys & Girls Club of Muskegon Lakeshore is honored to sustain the legacy of this community pool that has served the Muskegon Area for almost 50 years!
25 meters in length, room for 6 full size lap lanes.
About half the pool is 4 ft deep or shallower.
The deepest point of the pool is 10.7 ft deep.
The pool is only permitted to open when a certified Lifeguard is on duty.
